In a new interview with the BBC, Elliot Page has spoken about finding peace in his transition.
The actor, who came out as transgender in 2020, said that he "finally" feels comfortable in his own skin.
"It's a journey, and it's not always easy," he said. "But it's something that I'm really proud of, and I'm really happy to be able to share my story with others."
Page also spoke about the challenges he has faced since coming out, including discrimination and prejudice.
"I've definitely experienced discrimination and prejudice," he said. "But I've also had a lot of support from my friends, family, and fans."
Page said that he hopes his story will help others who are struggling with their gender identity.
"I want people to know that they're not alone," he said. "There are a lot of people who are going through the same thing, and there are resources available to help."
